Tried this today and it was fabulous! Ran 9 miles on my half marathon training and felt quite tired half way through. Took this and wow! Felt great and full of energy all the rest of the way.

Absolutely love the taste of this and its so refreshing, I usually pour other brands down the sink after a bike ride but this product gets finished totally recommend it

I have been using the gels for a while and this seemed a good solution to reduce some of the associated waste that can come along with the individual gels & wrappers - have used for long runs and works really well, allowing you to take the gel little and often.

I love these. Unfortunately so does hubby who works from home and the only calories he burns in a day is raiding my stash of running goodies. They must be really good as he is the biggest fusspot I know.

First got this as an intro to KMC as I didn't know which products to try, it's a great way to sample the range and figure out which products you like the most. I'll definitely be buying a couple of these as presents for fellow runners/cyclists/hikers! Great value for money.

As a Type 1 Diabetic long distance runner, these have been an absolute game changer. To manage my blood sugars whilst running and avoid severe hypoglycemia, I must eat throughout my runs. My go to would be high sugar sweets like jelly babies but these left me feeling sick and with GI issues. The chocolate coated KMC is my absolute favourite, I love the chocolate coating and it's so refreshing, easy to eat and doesn't leave me feeling sick. Cannot recommend enough!

I absolutely love these bars and don't leave for a long run without one! They are packed with energy and I use them along with KMC energy gels and mint cake as part of my fueling strategy which as a Type 1 Diabetic runner is crucial to get right. Not only do they keep my blood sugars stable and keep me feeling full, they also taste great (and I have been guilty of reaching for one out the cupboard for elevenses)!

This is a great bundle package. Each individual bar is compact and easy to carry when out on a hike or activity for a quick energy fix.

So refreshing. Great flavour without being sickly sweet and no sticky feeling after drinking. Very easy to make up and great that you can adjust the strength to taste - i only use 1/2 the recommended amount.

Have recently received the trial pack for Kendal Mint Co. Overall, really impressed with the quality of the product. The bars are good and a good addition for those long treks. However, the gels are fantastic. I think this is because of their mint-flavour element which sets them apart from the other fruit gel products of other manufacturers. I'm buying more...

I have one of these in the olive green, I use it regularly on my rides. It does what it says on the tin, and to be more environmentally friendly as well is great

regularly wear this while out on the bike, It keeps my neck nice and warm on the longer cooler rides. good quality, washes well.

My Dad used to use Kendal Mint Cake when he raced bicycles. This year we decided to get some to see if I liked it and to see if it worked with me.
I love Kendal Mint Cakes as you can put them in your bake pocket and they don’t melt or go all messy.
They also have and excellent taste of them.

Just love these Natural NRG bars. Tried a couple and was hooked and subscribed. Like the subscription idea because you aren't tied in for a whole year, it's a three month renewal thing. The bars taste great when out on the bike, or any time for that matter, clean, not sticky and very tasty which is their only downfall. They are so tasty it's hard not to eat a whole bar in one go, I've managed to discipline myself to a chunk every twenty minutes or so. The nearest thing you can get to home made without having to do the work. Highly recommended.

I thought I'd give the raspberry gel a try ,as I have tasted all the rest of the range. Absolutely bang on with flavour and a great supplement to take out with you on any outdoor activity.

Sooooo I bought these as I love KMC and have been looking for something to boost my energy and electrolytes whilst mountain biking. The issue is... They are too good and I end up eating them at home! Product development... Some kind of device to prevent me just scoffing them whilst not actually biking!

From childhood memories to running long distances these are always my go to fuel now. Great fuel, great taste with no stomach issues.

Filled a 500ml bottle with this gel for use in my last ultra. Worked an absolute dream! Far easier than using individual gels, easy on the stomach and no flavour fatigue several hours in. My new go to gel.

Love the taste and convenience of this recovery shake. I use it after a long run or hard training session, I often struggle to eat after a run but this shake takes care of my recovery nutrition. It tastes great and mixes really well.

These are great for refilling soft flasks so that you can use as much as you need at a time and don't have to faff with individual sachets. Also an excellent texture, not too thick but taste great.

This and the gel pouch is a fantastic product fir a multitude of reasons

1). there's the green benefits by cutting down on packaging and also waste.
2). It tastes great, no more of the god awful synthetic tasting goo made by others.
3). The consistency, in that it's more liquid than others so easier to consume.
4). The pouch means you can take it little and often rather than one full traditional gell in one hit

I love these bars, they have a very high carb content which means you can carry less on long runs. I'm currently testing them on long runs as I usually get stomach issues during ultras and so far so good. My only complaint it the size of the bar, its quite long and flat so they don't fit in pockets very well, If they made them smaller and thicker with individual blocks they would be perfect.

Myself and my husband really enjoy these bars. They are a very welcome treat when you just need something and you need it quick. Gives you are great sugar boost along with added electrolytes, chocolate and minty mouth all at the same time. Nice on the tummy with no bad after effects. As a Type 1 diabetic I use this gel to raise by blood glucose if I am heading for a hypo. For me the rise is predictable and quick. The bonus is they taste good unlike the prescription equivalent 😀

Since I ordered they have now added a check box so you can select 'vegan' without having to message them first. This is a great option! Anyway, on to the products. I really enjoyed the iso drink. It was really refreshing, not overly sweet like some drinks can be, and left a pleasant aftertaste. The gels, well, I can't make my mind up. I agree with some of the reviews that they do have a bit of a taste reminiscent of cough syrup but I quite like the taste of cough syrup so.. They are quite thin in consistency so if you use the flask, it can be quite easy to gulp down a bit more than you planned to. If you do use a flask, have a dedicated flask as no matter how thoroughly you wash it, the fragrance of mint remains. In terms of them actually doing what they're supposed to do, then yes, the caffeinated gels work a treat and I have had no GI issues with them so far. I love the mint cake bars! They seem smoother, meltier and less sticky in the mouth (clacky, if that's a word?), and what a stroke of genius to enrich an old favourite with electrolytes? All-in-all, impressive and good value for money.

I tried KMC gels after discovering I couldn't tolerate a gel from a well known brand. I don't tend to like the thick jelly- type gels you can get and was a bit hesitant at first but needn't have worried at all! Had no issues with the texture/consistency, easy on my stomach and the taste is great - I love mint anyway and the citrus combo is my fave of the KMC gels. I use them for running - they are easy to open up as well on the go.

I cannot recommend these bars enough. I use them to boost my energy on a usual day but mainly use them on Marathons, Ultra marathons and training runs. Easy to store and easy to digest gives you a much needed energy boost plus refreshes your mouth too which is an added bonus.

These are excellent, I have a permanent stash in my kit, and carry them on every long run I do. Hit the spot, melt in your mouth and they don't leave that funny residue in your mouth you get with some products.

I've tried quite a few rehydration products from lots of different companies, this is by far and away the best. From little 5k's to the longer distance,I like to have this at the end to rehydrate and take away that dryness you get no matter how much water you drink. Great product, nice with a bit of ice in as well when it's been a hot race day.

I’ve been a regular buyer of the KMC NRG bars for a couple of years now and they are great, however they can get a little bit sickly if you don’t mix up your fuelling and I was looking for a natural option too. The Natural NRG bars really do the trick. They are different in taste and texture, really high quality ingredients and taste fantastic. I like to alternate between these and original KMC bars which give me a great energy balance and variety.

I’ve been using these for a couple of years now. I’m an endurance athlete and coach. Initially began using these for long trail runs, ultra training and races mainly due to the 80g carbs in each bar. The bars are easy to consume on the go and taste great so you really do get bang for your buck. As advertised, they’re easy on the stomach too so tick all the boxes for me.

I'm a caffeine fueled athlete and I love great coffee, so when KMC said they were bringing out there own I was very happy. The brew is brilliant - strong, dark and chocolatey and perfect for those early starts. Highly recommended

I was sceptical about buying this due to the cost compared to the beans I normally buy from the supermarket. Theres two factors to this though - sustainability - look into the organisation they support. Its worth it for that alone. freshness - these beans were roasted in March, delivered in March. You do not get that in supermarket coffee. This has lead to one of the best espresso coffees I have ever had. Would heartily recommend.

I use these for running and cycling. Love the taste, no digestion issues. Wrapper is tough which is ideal for long trips where it will be stuffed in a bag for a few days. They go well with real food, which is my preferred nutrition.

Must say was a bit dubious when I ordered these as they are very different - mint-ily different - than my usual running gels and I have a very sensitive stomach to everything when I run. Tried first one this week - the plain mint one and it was scrummy - lovely and refreshing, viscosity just right - not gloopy like previous gels. Tried on a 7 mile run as didn't want any hicups and it was great - boost of energy great, refreshing and no tummy probs.

I’ve been using the single gels for a year or so as they agree well with my stomach, great flavours without an after taste and can take without water if running without a pack.
Recently switched to the refill pouches because it just makes sense to reduce packaging/no chances of losing the top tab - they taste exactly the same to me, took a couple of runs to get used to the opening/closing but no spillage. I keep in the fridge and have used up to about 6 weeks from opening and had no problems.
Flavours wise Raspberry and the lime/caffeine are favourites

I've exercised most of my life, but usually not for any longer than an hour (I lift weights.) As I approach 60 my outlook and goals have changed. Relatively recently I've taken up rucking (hiking with a weighted rucksack at a good pace to build up cardiovascular fitness.) It fits in with my early morning dog walks, and takes me 30-60 minutes. I can do it on an empty stomach, only fueled by the previous night's meal and what is left in my beard. Recently I completed a challenge which forced me passed my comfort zone. More than once I felt like I went from fresh legs to wading through mud against a stiff breeze. I hadn't brought any water or food with me. I vowed not to make the same mistake again. I have since signed up for a longer trek which will have me on my feet for 5 hours+. Definitely need to eat on that one! I started researching energy gels. The information on how much to take/how often was pretty clear across all the brands. I've tried a couple of well known gels that I could pick up off the supermarket shelf, but they were a bit too sweet for my taste and very viscous. I bought the trial box from KMC to give it a try. My first longish training session was a success as far as energy levels went. The gels were fresh and easy to swallow. I took 3 over the course of the walk and felt no digestive discomfort during or after the hike. I completed the route faster and fresher than I had done previously. My feet hurt, but I jogged home this time instead of looking like an extra from an old zombie movie. Definitely will be adding these to kit list!

Throughout my time riding I've tried many energy bars with mixed success, some I liked and some I didn't, but these bars hit the spot. They are tasty, clean on the palate and work a treat. I gave one to a cycling buddy and he was so impressed he ordered some. I've now taken out a subscription and will continue to use these on all my rides. Try them, I'm sure you'll be just as impressed.

A good well produced, tasty and flavoursome bar I use after kayaking, cycling and running activity. Also good as a snack during a session, They are so good I'm buying 30 a month so I can ensure i always have one a day after exercise, Also promote their use and KMC under First Aid courses for certain illnesses and conditions. Well worth buying.

Use this after my long training runs as I often crave chocolate milk. This satisfies the craving as well as aiding recovery. Muscle aching and fatigue have definitely reduced still I started to use this. I make up in unsweetened almond milk which added a bit of creaminess with no extra to make my perfect post run shake.

Having tried all the flavours, this is my personal favourite. Like all of the KMC gels it's refreshing rather than sickly. The extra caffeine hit on top of the normal energy boost is ideal

After years of trying to rip gel sachets open during races (very fiddly when moving at speed), getting the stuff all over my hands and back in my pocket, this has come as a great solution. Comes out without issue, no mess, and you can take as little or as much as you want, with up to 2 pouches worth available.

A great way to sample the whole range. Gels were not for me, but now I know without having spent a lot - Natural NRG, Mint cake and Iso and Pro mix have all made it into my staples

Have one of these after every ride at the minute - did 100 miles the other week, no aches and pains in the muscles :) - same suggestion as the Iso Mix, consider selling the measures separately then you wouldn't need to reproduce all that plastic with every pouch.

Again a staple on my rides (long and short) - delicious, light on the stomach, easy to make and drink - A suggestion as you have a green focus as a company - Sell the measures separately and stop having to send a new measure with every bag ;) - otherwise its excellent

These are my staple on a long ride - helped me through a recent 100mile ride. Use with the mint cake when I need the extra boost, but these are a fantastic, light, energy source.

Ok taste, I find it just a bit sweet if using the mix ratio shown on the bag. Overall it's ok.

Nice flavour the powder is so fine that it can be prone to clumping, which can make mixing difficult.(mix ed in cold water). I prefer using half the recommended volume of water per scope is 250 ml as in my view the tast can be a little weak. Mainly lemon taste with a slight hint of mint. Come with a plastic measuring spoon. Resealable packaging. Nice refreshing drink with the added benefit of key electrolytes for hydration. I use when hiking or for a cool refreshing drink when the weather is hot.

It's chocolatey and it's minty... What more can I say?! I usually get the SIS protein powders but thought I'd try this for something new. I wasn't disappointed. Its a good flavour, chocolatey but refreshing too, and a decent price. Some more flavours would be good...

Good quality bottle, I love the design wrapped around the full width of the bottle. I found that the bottles shape made it easy to hold and the plastic material it is made from allows it to be squeezed.

The bottles top is a pull out style which was a bit stiff to begin with but eased off once it had been used a few times, no leaks as of yet from using the bottle. The one thing I had difficulty to begin with was getting the lid off, the lid design does not leave much space to grip and when new it can be a little tricky to twist it off, this did ease and become much easier to undo over time and I no longer have any problems with this.

Fantastic bottle, perfect size for both the protein and ISO mix they make. Fits on a bike and the plastic doesn’t taste funny or make your drink strange like other bottles sometimes do. Don’t know why there are bad reviews it clearly says one bottle in the listing.

This water bottle was perfect for us as it fit on both our bikes easily even though they had slightly different bottle holders. It has a very premium feel to it and still has good rigidity even though it is fully biodegradable. Other biodegradable bottles I've seen don't seem to be as rigid as this. Another reason I chose this bottle was because of the sustainability of it. Really love the branding to as I can represent the Lakes on my bike rides. Delivery was really quick. This was a good purchase for the money and I would recommend. 5 stars.

I love these energy gels. The refill seems to be a bit more liquid than a gel so that took me by surprise when filling up the flask but it worked perfectly while I tackled the Yorkshire 3 peaks fell race.

The KMC gels are the only ones that I use when out running. They taste good and have a consistency that makes them easy to consume. The refill packages are a great addition, as you don't have to take the whole sachet at once and are easy to refill.

Love these bars, they are well stocked with natural ingredients and keep you full without pumping your system full of unnecessary sugars. I prefer this to all of the fruit flavour gels I've tried from a few other brands. It seems to agree with my stomach more also, with the amounts I practiced with so far anyway. I still need to get used to opening and closing the flask while running at marathon pace, without accidentally squeezing some gel onto my hands, but I think I'll get there. It's certainly less trouble than opening gel wrappers with cold hands and more importantly is creating less garbage. The flask seems well made as well.

Got to say I'm a fan of KMC since a cycling buddy gave me a gel to try, boy they are so refreshing and really wake you up, physically and mentally during long rides. The choc bars are lush, and I'd never used that word until I tried these bars. I mix them up with the natural bars and they suit me fine. Take them on every ride along with a selection of KMC gels.

Fuelled my way round the Ring of Steall sky race a few weeks ago with the help of these bars in my kit. Lots of sugar with a 'cool' taste to give me a hit when I needed it.

Easy to open (unlike some!), easy on the tummy and great taste. Kendal don’t skimp on the mint but it gives you a fresh feeling in your mouth as well as a good boost!

Fuels my long runs without stomach issues and so easy to eat with a refreshing after taste.

Used the gels in this pack to get me through the Great North Run recently. It was great having do many flavours as each one was a lucky dip. They all tasted good, went down really easily without leaving the mouth feeling clammy and really helped replace lost salts (electrolytes) The mint in them all made them so much more refreshing.

Tastes great, easy to eat and digest when you really can’t face anything else. Only problem is trying not to eat it all before I get out on the trails.

I love this stuff - from the fact that I just need one scoop in a bottle to the light and fresh flavour. Not overly sweet and the mint really works as a flavour balancer. Used in ultras up to ~250 miles with no stomach issues.

This is great value. These gels are fantastic, not gloppy and haven't given me runners stomach like other brands. The flavours are amazing, my favourite is the citrus one, it's really refreshing.

Just had my first delivery of these bars and took them on a hike yesterday. The taste was really very good and the thing that surprised me the most was the texture. Not dry like a lot of others that I have tried. Will definitely get these again.

Great tasting, good on the tummy, noticeable improvement in recovery. I was a bit unsure of getting a recovery powder, as I thought it would be an unpleasant taste, but it was great.

After using other Iso drinks I found them to become sickly after a while. This has such a fresh taste that it is really lovely to drink from the start to the finish. It keeps performance levels high and also really helps with keeping the tummy settled. Fantastic.

Really nice merino socks, I was expecting them to be thicker but they are still warm so they do not need to be. They have washed up nice and the size is perfect (L-XL ordered, I am uk size 9) and they keep my feet from smelling bad, I wore them for 2 1/2 days to find out, TMI?

Newby to KMC.
This was my first ever KMC gel. Had it on mile 10 of a 15 mile run & the fresh mint was a great fresh boost mid run.
I often feel sick & have tummy troubles with other gels, but not with this one. 🙂

I've been using the gels for some time now and love the fact they taste good, give an energy boost and don't upset the stomach, so I thought I'd give the recovery protein drink a go.
I first tried it with Coco and it was absolutely delicious. Like a dark chocolate mint KitKat and not too sweet. Then tried it with water. Not as creamy but still very tasty. No tummy complaints, no powdery after taste or "claggyness" and mixes really easily. I use a shaker with a metal wire ball to help but no lumps lurking in the corner of the shaker like others I have tried. Highly recommend this and the gels to anyone who'll listen

Was very interested to try these new KMC bars - first of all very tasty! Like someone else reviewing on here I wanted to try off the bike and was very pleased with the taste. Out on the bike the bar settled well on the stomach. Also, the bar was not too dry when eating, a big bonus.

The new winter hat is really warm and good quality, have yet to use the new snood 2.0 but it looks really nice I'm sure it will do the job. The white chocolate Mint bars are really amazing, I find them sweet so I only have a small amount at a time, what I like about this as well is the gift box it all comes in. It had been ages since I’d used any Kendal products, possibly decades even! I was really interested in the new bars as I often find that I can loose energy on longer runs and most entertaining bars either have poor texture or taste and don’t give me any boost at all. Both the plain and chocolate options in this pack are the exact opposite, they taste great, have a nice consistency and are not heavy on the stomach. I can’t see me using anything else in the future, first class

Ordered my 1st bag after trying as part of the welcome pack. Found this easy to mix and nice tasting drink after my first half marathon. I mixed with milk in place of water so tasted like a milkshake.

Have also tried the gels while out running and as a complete newbie to these found them easy to use and had no stomach issues.

I have struggled for years with gastric distress from various sports nutritional products until I tried this pack. I have always enjoyed kendal mint cake on my walking adventures but now i can enjoy it on my bike as well. Absolutely love these, I ride MTB, I often use these before climbs. They taste great and kick in fast. Best bit is I have IBS, most gels trigger it, which would be rather interesting on the trails! However, these gels have zero negative effects on me.
They also don't leave a coated plastic texture in the mouth afterwards.

I came across Kendal Mint whilst searching for alternatives to a well known brand that I couldn't get on with.

The flavours are limited in comparison, but having tried the citrus mint I'm already a convert - texture, taste and most importantly the impact are all far superior.

The raspberry and mint gel is a game changer. Its packed with raspberry flavour with a very subtle taste of the all important mint. Very easy to digest even easier than my usual citrus and mint. The only trouble i had was stopping myself using more.

Not too sweet, no gut rot, and easy to drink. Excellent for clearing your mouth after a sticky or sweet gel. Recommend.

Having used two other well known brands ISO drinks, I was recommended this to try as I found those other brands too sweet and sickly after a while. The KMC ISO mix has not disappointed, great taste which is not too sweet and, when chilled, very refreshing! The larger bags are much handier too and a great addition to the range. To those undecided, try it as you won't be let down.

Great tasting gel which is easy to digest and does not upset stomach or taste too sickly. Im not a high level athlete but I do feel they provide a boost when out for longer runs (1hr plus) or cycles (15 miles plus).

I was so impressed with the light refreshing flavour. I thought the citrus and mint was incredible until I tried this flavour. So much so I've ordered two packs. Can't wait to hit the trails with these.

I use this both during exercise and sometimes simply just before a session, to ensure I am properly topped up and hydrated.

I use this powder in situations where energy is needed but it might be difficult to take a gel. Such as sprint tri’s, cyclocross racing or crit racing.

Proper recovery is the key to sports improvement and this product has this covered, while still tasting amazing. Only problem is you will want to keep drinking more!!!

I have used many different brands of energy gels aand have not got on well wth them for a number of reasons. The flavours were not nice. Texture was to thick. Packaging was awkward . Stomach teoubles. I was then introduced to the citrus and mint and it was such a relevation. The taste was packed with flavour. The texture is thinner and smoother which makes it easier to take particularly when moving. Since my first try i have not even considered any other product and noticed small gains on my performance

I always save one of these for the summit on my Munro outings. A fantastic energy boost and motivation to push on to the peak. Highly recommend these for any adventure. Service and delivery is always top notch.

These are fantastic for that sugar hit on a tough trail when you're hitting that slump. I always have one in my bag. A nibble is enough to get me firing on all cylinders again and tackle the hardest of terrains. I used it recently in Wales on the Snowdon Skyline.

I've always been very loyal to another company when it comes to electrolytes which I take very seriously when it comes to my training but I gave this product a go and I'm never going back to what I used before. This gel packs a real punch, the mint hit instantly helps open your airways. Whilst the caffeine and carbs help fuel the rest of your training/race. A great gel to have in your arsenal!

I'm a sucker for a choc mint protein shake but a lot of your other brands have loads of random stuff in them that just don't need to be in there. This is the best chocolate mint protein shake you will ever have! My mum even likes it and she doesn't like chocolate. Love how easy it is to digest too because a lot of wheys can be quite hard to digest but it's got that magic mint rather than just mint flavourings. LOVE

Best gels by a mile!! Tried several over the years and this IS the best. Goes down better, real gentle on the gut and gives you a great boost. Can’t ask for better

Love the refreshing flavour and it's not overpowering like most isotonic drinks. Can tell it's not got ridiculous amounts of sugar in it. I like to mix it with a little bit of boiling water and then put it in the fridge overnight. Find it mixes the best and is refreshing that way.

These gels not only taste great they are easy on the stomach and have one hell of kick !!

I usually hate gels because they either upset my stomach, are gloopy and make me gag or both. These are actually incredible and the flavour is so subtle that it's easy to take while swimming!

I used to swear by kendal mint but it was always really grainy and bitter. This has legit had the best upgrade ever and is smooth but has added benefits. LOVE. Only issue I have is not to treat it as sweets and to actually have self control!

I’ve really struggled to find a gel that I can enjoy, does the job and isn’t messy. However not only does this gel sit well, tastes great ( will there be other flavours?) especially if stored in the fridge, also does the job. The soft flask is truly inspirational ( no more sticky fingers & struggles to get the packs open) I’m not only using them on my training runs they will be accompanying me around London in October 🤞.
