Great well known company, Great products that taste really good. I should not say this but...... I absolutely love their NATURAL NRG wholesome superfood bar!
I shouldn't say it because if every one discovers it they might run out of stock and I'll not get any...NOOOOOOOOO
Seriously though, they are really really good, not to mention the well known Kendal Mint Bars.....woooooooweeeee, sweeet as

So I was walking around this place without understanding where it was located despite using Google. I love KMCs so was eager to get some for my hiking trips. Till I was greeted by a lovely man who worked there and turned out - I was just in front of it all this time!
What a nice person he was - explained all products they had in store, even recommend something to suit my needs, he was very friendly and cheerful. I definitely did not leave empty handed and when I'm visiting Kendal again - I'd pop in back for sure ☺️👍

They are easy to consume, open easily on the go and taste ok. The mint is not overpowering and doesn't leave an after taste. The gels themselves are definitely as good if not better than anything else on the market. After a near 700 mile round trip from Cork to Belfast ( Pure Running), I was eager to try them out on a Sunday Long Run with work in it and a 6 x 1lk reps session later that week. Taking one an hour before and during the Sunday session, I didn't feel knackered or drained at the end of the Sunday run or the 1k repeats session. Look forward to finding a more local supplier or working out how to buy them online without incurring import duties.
Thank you so much for your glowing 5-star review, Enda! 🌟 We're delighted to hear that our gels fueled your long runs and reps sessions without any hassle. We're working on expanding our availability to make buying easier, so you can keep enjoying them without those pesky import duties. If you need any assistance in the meantime, feel free to reach out—we're here to help! 😊🏃♂️✨
I bought the selection pack of gels to try during my half marathon training as I was struggling to find any gels that didn’t give me an upset stomach. These are perfect, the flavours are lovely - not too sweet and the mint is really refreshing. The new higher carb gel is perfect just wish they did it in more flavours. My only complaint is how hard they are to open when running - used at Bournemouth Half today and took me 10 minutes to try and open with my teeth as I couldn’t rip it. Other than that the perfect gel!
Hi Amelia! 😊 Thanks a bunch for the 4-star review and for choosing us for your marathon training! We're thrilled you love the flavors and find our gels tummy-friendly. Sorry about the tough-to-open packs—your feedback is super valuable, and we’re working on it. Our tip is to pinch under the tear seam, grab the top, and pull diagonally.
Stay minty and best of luck with your training! 🏃♀️

Great taste. Easy to digest. Gut friendly BUT… the ‘Easy tear’ opening isn’t easy to tear! For 6 out of 8 gels that I have used… they haven’t torn across properly so I have had to use my teeth to tear them. Ok in training… not in a race
Hi Emma! 😊 Thanks a ton for the 4-star review. We're thrilled you love the taste and how gut-friendly our gels are! Sorry to hear about the tricky 'Easy tear' opening—appreciate the feedback, and we’re definitely working on making them easier to use. Our top tip for opening is: Pinch under the tear seam, grab the top, and pull diagonally. If you have any other thoughts, we're all ears!
Stay minty!

I'm usually quite fussy with gels, electrolytes and drinks. Most make me gag but these are great.
The only reason it's not a 5* is because since they've updated the packaging these gels are now alot harder to open. Please go back to the old packaging! The new plastic is too difficult to rip with sweating hands
Hi Katie! 😊 Thanks a bunch for the 4-star review! We're thrilled you're loving the taste of our gels. Sorry to hear the new packaging isn't working for you—your feedback is super valuable, and we're working on it! If you need a hand, our top tip for opening is: Pinch under the tear seam, grab the top and pull diagonally.
Stay minty!

The high carb gels are very good. Taste decent and give a good lift on runs. Absolutely pointless though, as the sachets are almost entirely impossible to open.
I am giving a 5 STAR to Kendal Mint Co's excellent, friendly customer service. Julie picked up my query very soon after my email and was in constant touch, sorting out my problem and pre-empting future issues regarding my email...and also to Jack who picked up a further query after Julie had clocked off for the day. So good to see in this day and age. And while I'm here the Raspberry and Mint gel is also worth a 5 star : refreshing ! Thank you.
Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review, N! 🌟 We're so pleased to hear that Julie and Jack were able to assist you promptly and effectively. It's heartwarming to know our Raspberry and Mint gel also hit the mark—refreshing, indeed! If you ever need anything else, just reach out—we've got your back! 😊
