- During the checkout process, choose the "Pickup In Store" option as your preferred delivery method.
- Select your preferred Local Pickup Location
- Complete the payment for your order.
- Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a second notification via email or phone. (not your order confirmation)
- Visit our store during our opening hours and present your order confirmation or identification to our staff.
- Our staff will retrieve your order and hand it over to you.

A: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and your order reference. These items will help us verify your order and ensure a smooth pickup process.
You may also be asked to show your ID to verify your order details.
