Zo werkt onze lokale ophaalservice in de winkel:

  3. Kies tijdens het afrekenen de optie "Ophalen in winkel" als gewenste bezorgmethode.
  4. Selecteer je gewenste lokale ophaallocatie.
  5. Voltooi de betaling voor je bestelling.
  6. Zodra je bestelling klaar is om opgehaald te worden, ontvang je een tweede melding via e-mail of telefoon. (niet je orderbevestiging)
  7. Bezoek onze winkel tijdens onze openingstijden en toon onze medewerkers je orderbevestiging of identificatie.
  8. Onze medewerkers halen je bestelling op en overhandigen deze aan jou.

A: You will receive an "Order Ready to collect" notification via email when your order is ready to be picked up. This email will include instructions on where and how to collect your items.

Q: What do I need to bring to collect my order?

A: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and your order reference. These items will help us verify your order and ensure a smooth pickup process.

You may also be asked to show your ID to verify your order details.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

A: Yes, someone else can pick up your order, but they must bring the order confirmation email and display these to our team.
