We love seeing our community out there training, racing and fuelling with Kendal Mint Co! From time to time we like to share some of that great content including videos, photos and posts from athletes like you on our social media and marketing channels.

This agreement just gives us permission to do that safely and transparently.

1. What you’re agreeing to

By signing this, you’re giving Kendal Mint Co Ltd permission to:

• Use your photos, videos, and social media content (including your name, image, or voice if shown) in our marketing.
• Feature your content in KMC videos, social media posts, adverts, email campaigns, and on our website.
• Edit, crop, or adapt the content where needed for formatting but never in a misleading or disrespectful way.

This permission is free, worldwide, and ongoing, meaning we can keep using your content unless you ask us to stop.

2. You still own your content

You always keep ownership of your original content.
You’re just allowing us to share and use it as part of the KMC brand.
You also confirm that you created the content or have the rights to give us permission to use it.

3. No payment required

There’s no payment or royalties for this, unless otherwise disclosed.

4. Changing your mind

If you ever want us to stop using your content, just send an email to info@kendalmint.co.uk.
We’ll may be able to stop using it in any new materials, though anything already posted or published will stay live.

5. The legal bit

This agreement is covered by UK Law. By signing below, you’re confirming you understand and agree to everything above.

Before you can submit your content, you must (a) read through this Agreement and (b) indicate your assent by checking the box at the base of the agreement.
