The Fred Whitton Challenge 2023 - Fuelled by Kendal Mint Co

 The Fred Whitton Challenge 2023 took place on Sunday 7th of May under blue skies. A cracking weekend for Kendal Mint Co supporting the UKs toughest sportive, 112 miles around the steepest climbs in the Lake District. All fuelled by KMC.

We are proud to be a part of this fantastic charity event for another year. We're looking forward to the next already

The Kendal Mint Feed stations 

This year we doubled the amount of fuel available to riders on the feed-stations with a huge selection of KMC NRG BARs, Natural Energy Bars, Energy Gels and Lots of KMC ISO MIX Isotonic drink mix - a welcome sight for the riders considering the forecast was rain and cloud.

Finlay Hawker, a Junior from Zappi Junior Racing Team (sponsored by Kendal Mint Co / KMC) takes the course by storm with 1st place in a new record of 5:26:27

Team Wheelbase quickly followed up with Tom Armstrong 3rd, Tom Merry 4th, Giles Drake 6th , now fuelled by Kendal Mint Co / KMC ⚡️

Joe O'Brien 7th also from Zappi Junior Racing Team (sponsored by Kendal Mint Co / KMC)

and of course… our guy Ben Wilf Goodfellow from #Teamkmc who only signed up a week ago, crushed it in a time of 5:59:07 coming in at 8th place.
