Ex Royal Navy chef, self taught chocolatier that puts every ounce of passion into creating chocolate bonbons with homemade fresh and vibrant ganache's.

The Flying Chocsman logo was inspired by my time in the Navy travelling up and down the country from my hometown in Scotland. We're always trying to continuously improve our chocolates by changing up our flavours every month and creating new unique designs, just like those for KMC.

mass. Emulsifier: Soya lecithin, Natural Vanilla, sea salt flakes, sugar, mint,
Natural peppermint flavouring, Propylene Glycol (E1520), raspberry puree,
(palm, milk, rapeseed), glucose, cream, buttermilk 69%, lactose,
stabilizers;(xanthan gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), malic acid inverted
sugar, butter. Colours: contains the following, E171, 129 RED 40 FD&C,
E124, E122, E110.
