GEL X is Kendal Mint Co's next-generation high-carbohydrate energy gel, developed for athletes who need bigger fuelling numbers without carrying half a shop in their pockets.
After more than 18 months, 100+ samples, 19 formulations and over 300 early testers, the finished gel delivers 45g carbohydrate, 200mg sodium and a neutral cooling taste designed to reduce flavour fatigue.
