I'm known to my friends as Wolfy and have been trail running for 6 years now, but only seriously for the last 2. I am an ultra trail runner and love to share my passion of the trails with anyone who will listen. I am working my way up to the Madeira Skyrace, as well the biggie UTMB. For now I'm loving life on the trails and getting out to explore.

I love supporting others in their running journey and I volunteer as much as I run in races. I love the feeling that running gives me and I use Kendal mint company goods to keep me going over many, many miles. It’s lush!

Rachel Brown
I started running competitively at 11 years old, mainly cross country. I gave up competitive running after injuries. After having my 2nd child 3 years ago I decided to take up competitive running again and rekindled my love of cycling. So, I decided to take up Duathlon. Heading over to Germany for the Euro champs in April, and then to Almere in September for World champs - I can't wait! Advice: Don't give up, it's never too late to chase your dreams. I wish I hadn't given up so easily all those years ago.

I’m a Scottish Open Water swimmer who trains with the university of Stirling. Having recently come from a national pool background, I understand the ins and outs of the pool but open water gives me the chance to get more involved and be more tactical. Last year I qualified for British Nationals in the 5km and this year I will be competing in Mallorca in May and then hopefully British nationals again this year with the chance of placing.
