Rocket Rawrrs
Hi, I’m Rocket, originally from the South West of the U.K. now living out in Girona, Spain. I’m a keen road cyclist, who’s previously raced both in the U.K. and Belgium, now dabbling in a bit of gravel and cyclocross. While cycling is my main sport I can also be found out hiking, or bouldering. I’m looking forward to the adventures that Girona holds, and to perhaps dip my toes back into competition.

Guy Stapleford
Guy Stapleford is an aspiring ultra-distance cyclist with one goal in mind - to race the world's toughest bicycle race, the 3,000 mile Race Across America in 2022. I'm not an athlete, just an ordinary man who's used a personal crisis to change his life. Running and cycling saved my life, they've helped me to raise thousands for Charity and by taking on some incredible challenges I've pushed my limits far beyond anything I could have imagined. It's not about the race for me, it's about challenging myself, to inspire others to do the same and be a positive change in the world.

Rachel Brown
I started running competitively at 11 years old, mainly cross country. I gave up competitive running after injuries. After having my 2nd child 3 years ago I decided to take up competitive running again and rekindled my love of cycling. So, I decided to take up Duathlon. Heading over to Germany for the Euro champs in April, and then to Almere in September for World champs - I can't wait! Advice: Don't give up, it's never too late to chase your dreams. I wish I hadn't given up so easily all those years ago.

I’m a Scottish Open Water swimmer who trains with the university of Stirling. Having recently come from a national pool background, I understand the ins and outs of the pool but open water gives me the chance to get more involved and be more tactical. Last year I qualified for British Nationals in the 5km and this year I will be competing in Mallorca in May and then hopefully British nationals again this year with the chance of placing.
