Gemma Dooley
In my spare time away from the world of project management at a well know delivery company. I am an ultra marathon and marathon runner. In 2022 I will be competing at the World Championships in Slovenia 250km over 5 days. And then will planning my next challenge. Finding products which I could use as a Coeliac was really hard until I found KMC and now my nutritional needs on my long runs are solved.

Oliver Bailey
13 years of age with huge passion for sports. I play many different sports, Rugby and cross country for my school teams, this summer I was awarded Kings man for Rugby. I swim for a local swim club and before Covid have had County Qualifying Times. My overall passion is cycling; I ride for Clancy Briggs, I love road, MTB XC, CX and recently I came 1st overall in the MTB XCO league. I am a great believer of cross training to better myself. This summer I began to open water swim, I booked a session with a professional coach as there is a lot to think about and I am love it! Ever since watching the 2012 Olympics I have wanted to be part of it, to represent Great Britain in a triathlon. That is my goal! My parents, Louise, and Mark, encourage me and my dad is a cycling coach and my team buddy, he is always there for me whether it is training or a race. My Dad always tells me winning isn’t as important as trying my best, enjoying it and being a good sportsmanship.

Jules Richards
I’m a Father of two, Secondary School teacher and triathlete. I have been competing in triathlon since 2008 and have raced all distances from Sprint to Ironman. I got into exercise originally in 2002 after a snowboarding accident left me with one fractured and two compressed vertebrae requiring surgery to fit a spinal brace. In 2006 I had the brace removed after it snapped in a surfing incident, I completed the 2007 London Marathon 6 months after the spinal surgery and with my new found fitness decided to give Triathlon a go.

They say life gets better with age, but does it…does it really? I intend to find out… As an ex professional cyclist, former British & Welsh Champion, I’m wondering whether it's possible to beat my best results from the peak of my career (2011/12) as I now get ever closer to 40 years old…young! But can it be done!? By refining the smallest details and with the correct application of enthusiasm, I hope to put myself back at the front of Elite Level racing with half the training load and while maintaining a full time marketing manager position at Orbea Bicycles. Time, money, age...everything is against me, but can motivation and true commitment overcome the odds...

Guy Stapleford
Guy Stapleford is an aspiring ultra-distance cyclist with one goal in mind - to race the world's toughest bicycle race, the 3,000 mile Race Across America in 2022. I'm not an athlete, just an ordinary man who's used a personal crisis to change his life. Running and cycling saved my life, they've helped me to raise thousands for Charity and by taking on some incredible challenges I've pushed my limits far beyond anything I could have imagined. It's not about the race for me, it's about challenging myself, to inspire others to do the same and be a positive change in the world.

Ella Davies
I took up running in 2017, as a way to keep fit after not being able to run a mile back in 2017. I then ran my first half marathon in 2018. I use running to help raise awareness of people with a visible difference like me.

Rachel Brown
I started running competitively at 11 years old, mainly cross country. I gave up competitive running after injuries. After having my 2nd child 3 years ago I decided to take up competitive running again and rekindled my love of cycling. So, I decided to take up Duathlon. Heading over to Germany for the Euro champs in April, and then to Almere in September for World champs - I can't wait! Advice: Don't give up, it's never too late to chase your dreams. I wish I hadn't given up so easily all those years ago.

Sophie Dodd
I’m a Scottish Open Water swimmer who trains with the university of Stirling. Having recently come from a national pool background, I understand the ins and outs of the pool but open water gives me the chance to get more involved and be more tactical. Last year I qualified for British Nationals in the 5km and this year I will be competing in Mallorca in May and then hopefully British nationals again this year with the chance of placing.

Hey I’m Becky! I love adventuring outdoors from hiking, pack-rafting to bushcraft. I set up a youtube channel in hopes to inspire others to get outside; to explore and respect the natural world we’ve become so disconnected from. My love of the outdoors stemmed from my days of competitive cycling and my passion has only grown stronger. Life Motto’s: Keep smiling and go with the flow :))

Initially began training for triathlon 3 years ago but a coast to coast race across Scotland sent me to the mountains full time. When not in the hills I can be found riding mountain bikes with trail pup Skye or if it’s a windy day at the beach kitesurfing.
