THE ROAST
Our Rich Mediterranean Blend is a Dark Roast Colombian Coffee. It’s roasted as Full City, otherwise known as a French roast, dropped from the roaster just as the roast reaches the second crack. This releases the natural oils in the bean without allowing the roasting process to overpower the flavour.
THE FLAVOUR
Darker than most modern espresso blends, these roasts are characterised by their dark colour, oily beans and lack of acidity. This means when brewed, the Coffee has a rich, solid flavour with a smooth aftertaste and only the slightest hint of bitterness.
