We recommend you consume one 14g block (3 per bar) every 20-30 minutes, before and during exercise to #Recharge. Suitable for all Sports.
The pocket-sized KMC NRG BAR contains 34g of Carbohydrate per bar. Each bar can be broken easily into 3 blocks of 14g.
They contain 4 Essential Electrolytes and B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6 & B12) so they pack a real punch. If you want to #Recharge your performance, you have come to the right place! Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting "the wall".

• Eat well before you start exercising and have one block (14g) within 30 minutes into your activity, take one 14g block every 20-30 minutes thereafter.
