Collaboration Programme – Deliverables & Terms

To keep our Collaboration Programme fair, transparent and rewarding for everyone, we ask all partners to follow a clear set of deliverables and terms when receiving gifted products. These expectations apply to all tiers (Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum), with additional requirements for higher tiers.

Content Deliverables for Gifted Products

When you receive a free product, gift pack, or store credit through the Collaboration Programme, you agree to produce and publish content featuring the product within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

Required Deliverables (All Tiers)

Within 30 days you must share:

• At least one video-based post
  This can be an Instagram Reel, TikTok, YouTube video or Facebook video.
• 2–3 Instagram Stories (or equivalent story-style formats)
  These should clearly feature the gifted product and tag:
  @kendalmintco #KendalMintCo #MyEverest

Late or Missing Deliverables

If the required content is not posted within 30 days, the collaborator will be liable for the full retail value of the gifted products.This ensures fairness across the programme and protects the value of our products and partnerships.

Tier-Specific Terms

🥇 Gold Tier

Gold-level gifts (including the £25  store credit every 3 months) require strict adherence to the deliverables listed above, plus:

• Content must be high-quality, original and aligned with KMC’s brand tone and values.
• When using store credit, collaborators agree to feature each chosen product in their content.
• Consistent engagement and professionalism are required to maintain Gold status.

🏆 Platinum Tier

Platinum partners receive higher-value quarterly gift packages, therefore:

• All deliverables listed above apply per gift cycle.
• Content must be published within 30 days of each quarterly delivery.
• Failure to meet deliverables may result in:
• Removal from the Platinum tier
• Suspension from receiving further gifts
• Liability for the product value

General Programme Terms

• Collaborators must disclose gifted products and partnerships in accordance with ASA & CMA guidelines (e.g., #ad, AD, Gifted, or similar).
• All content must be genuine, honest and reflective of the collaborator’s real experience.
• Kendal Mint Co may re-share collaborator content across social media, email and marketing channels (with credit).
• Commission rates and tier placement may be reviewed periodically based on performance and programme fit.
• Kendal Mint Co reserves the right to remove collaborators from the programme at any time if deliverables or terms are not met.

Inactivity & Programme Reviews

To keep the programme fair, active, and rewarding for everyone, we do regular collaboration reviews every 3 months.

• If a collaborator has been inactive for 12 months (no posts or no generated sales), their collaboration will come to an end.
• You are always welcome to reapply if your circumstances change or you become active again.
• Going forward, collaborations may be paused or cancelled if we notice long-term inactivity or a lack of sales performance across multiple review periods.

This helps ensure we can keep offering gifts, commissions and perks to those who are consistently showing up and supporting the brand.

Our aim is to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. These deliverables simply ensure we can continue offering generous commissions, gifts and rewards to our fantastic collaborators.
