Here's how our Local Store Pickup service works:

  1. Visit our website and browse our products.
  2. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
  3. During the checkout process, choose the "Pickup In Store" option as your preferred delivery method.
  4. Select your preferred Local Pickup Location
  5. Complete the payment for your order.
  6. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a second notification via email or phone. (not your order confirmation)
  7. Visit our store during our opening hours and present your order confirmation or identification to our staff.
  8. Our staff will retrieve your order and hand it over to you.

    Go to the green door, see the green Kendal Mint Co sign. Knock or ring bell and our team will greet you.

    Please remember, this is a busy Manufacturing Site, please follow the site rules & signage.

    Go to the Warehouse (not the office) pass the security barrier & follow the road anti-clockwise until you see the green Kendal Mint Co sign. Knock or ring bell and our team will greet you.

You will receive an email confirmation, followed by a second email once your order is ready to pickup with the details and next steps to collect your order.

Q: How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

A: You will receive an "Order Ready to collect" notification via email when your order is ready to be picked up. This email will include instructions on where and how to collect your items.

Q: What do I need to bring to collect my order?

A: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and your order reference. These items will help us verify your order and ensure a smooth pickup process.

You may also be asked to show your ID to verify your order details.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

A: Yes, someone else can pick up your order, but they must bring the order confirmation email and display these to our team.
