A bit like an Eight mint - yum!

Ordered two packs of these bars (and some gels) on Tuesday - they arrived today (Thursday), so prompt processing and delivery. Had a Zwift session this evening so nibbled on half a bar - got the hit of Kendal mint as you'd expect and the chocolate coating added to the flavour - a bit like a hard After Eight mint - yum! Left a pleasant taste in the mouth for a while, which made me feel like the benefit of eating lasted longer than you'd get with other energy bars. Looking forward to trying one of the gel on a 'proper' ride over Easter.

I highly recommend the NRG bars. Nothing comes remotely close to charging your trip.

Kendal Mint Cake was introduced to me when I was 12 years old fell walking including the Three Peaks and the Lyke Wake Walk within 24hrs. Mislaid the coffin tie now from the latter but I've used the Kendal Mint Bars ever since. For cycling, road and off-road, I highly recommend the NRG bars. Nothing comes remotely close to charging your trip.

I have alwayd liked Kendal Mint Cake and when I saw the new sport performance range I decided to give it a go. Also as a Coeliac I was pleased to see it is all Gluten Free. Product tastes great - bit early to tell if it is boosting my performance but fingers crossed! To be honest I prefer the bars without chocolate but this still is a great product and I am alternating between the two on cycle rides.

Great for swimming

I never had an issue while eating when exercising, until I started doing long distance swimming. After trying nearly all other sports energy products and none of them working I tried kmc and I could finally eat! Its main advantages were tasting good, super quick to eat and getting the energy back in that I need. Not tried it out on running yet, but I think I might be convereted!
